These guys have been at it since the late 90's but I wasn't familiar with them until now. Listen & Support \m/\m/

I liked this band's 2015 release quite a bit and I've had this one for a while, but have not listened to it a lot. Now after a few spins I think these songs show a nice progression in their melodically aggressive technicality, me likes as OT would say.

As quoted from Bandcamp; "The brainchild of Danny Alessandro (guitars/vocals) and John Massey (guitars/vocals), Toronto death metal duo DEITY has been a long time coming. Friends for the last twenty years, the duo formed fifteen years ago and have always been the core of the band. Both have been working on other projects, but always felt the need to finally go in studio and finish an album." Well, they completed it and the shit fucking kills! It's not tagged as tech death, but that's exactly what this is, excellent Canadian tech for 2017 from Toronto \m/m/
