I have been into this band since their Accelerated Butchery EP in 2015 and they hadn't released anything but a demo and single since then but I did buy a shirt from the band a few years ago with just the logo and I wear it quite often because I love their logo art. Damn, this is some killer South American death metal! Colombia has been stepping up to carry the banner for the continent in recent years with many excellent releases. I don't know much about Abysmal Hate, but from a check of their Metal-Archives page it appears that the band has had a fair amount of lineup changes over their 16 years of existence as a result this is their 1st album. The band photo on MA shows 3 members but the current lineup only consists of 2. All I know is that these dudes from Medellin are bringing the brutality and it sounds good to me.

This is the new album from New Jersey's own Sentient Horror. These guys have been carrying the banner for Americanized Swedish death metal since Ungodly Forms in 2016, which is my most listened-to and favorite album from them, but this new album certainly kicks much ass. After 1 listen I can confidently say that they have created another quality slab of death metal.

I always kind of liked Order To Ruin or at least what I have heard of their output. They released 2 EPs and 8 LPs in a 7 year period from 2012 to 2018. This was the first of two 2018 releases and then they split up. To me they always sounded a bit more Swedish than German and if you're open to melo-death then they are/were pretty good.
